Football Manager Podcast

In the last couple of months I’ve been listening to the Football Manager Podcast which is presented/hosted by Miles Jacobson, the Studio Director of Sports Interactive (which is the company who makes the Football Manager games).

In recent weeks I’ve been re-discovering how good podcasts can be for listening to while you’re putting in time doing other things, particularly when you’re travelling or waiting around at stations etc.

The Football Manager Podcast is a fairly casual and easy to listen to podcast which obviously covers discussion around the current games, be it Football Manager 2008, the upcoming Football Manager Live or the various console versions now available, talking about favoured formations and players does happen! However they various participants also discuss the big talking points in recent football competitions such as the Premiership and Champion’s League in real life - this is also a very good talking point since you wouldn’t be a player of Football Manager without being a fan of real-life football too!

You can subscribe and download the Football Manager Podcast and receive update notifications in your news reader of choice or do a quick search for it in iTunes, subscribe there and receive them downloaded automatically, you can then listen to them on your iPod if you like - they will definitely while away some hours for you if you’re a football fan!
