If you were holding out until June to bag yourself an iPhone 5, then you may be out of luck for this year. Business Insider has reported that FBR Capital Markets analyst Craig Berger is predicting that the upgrade of the iPhone 4 may launch in September of this year, rather than the usual time of June or July.
If the predictions are accurate, it would be the first time since the launch of the first iPhone back in 2007 that we haven’t seen a refresh of the popular smartphone in either June or July. So instead of us being able to get our hands on Apple’s latest mobile phone for the summer, we’d end up having a whole summer of “Apple Waiting” until we can get the next upgrade! [Read more…]
