Who Do You Look Like?..Want to Transform Your Face?

No I’m not talking plastic surgery here, but about there being several webpages that allow you to upload a picture of yourself and then do something clever with it, such as My Heritage - Face Recognition that tells you which celebrity you (supposedly) look like.

The Perception Laboratory and the University of St Andrews have created an interesting â€œfun toyâ€ called the Face Transformer. All you need to do is upload a headshot picture of yourself and then select the appropriate options that follow.

It will then offer you chance to see what you would look like as the opposite gender, another race and many more options. I think this certainly makes for an interesting diversion, but also one that’s a little disconcerting when you see yourself as an older person!

This should be interesting. I think I’ll take a look at how I would look if I was female with a moustache hmm .. scary thought.

Yeah I have used this long back….Its was fun and I tried with lots of pics,for some it came correct but for some there was no relation

I’m not sure what algorithms are used for the look-alike but I couldn’t believe some of the celebrities it brought back that I looked like - no-one who knows me could see the similarities that’s for sure!

I still find the transformation one a little scary - it made me look like my dad!
