Is it Twitter sh*t, or is it just me?

The Nerd is going to work.

The Nerd is thinking about potato harvesting.

The Nerd is pleasuring himself to Dusty Springfield records.

WHO CARES!?

Do you know who Twitter is for? It’s for Michael Jackson. If Michael Twittered, it would be better than watching 24. That would be because Michael is a perverse enigma and (for some reason) all of us of a certain age remember his golden years and like watching a car crash, you can’t help but look. What I don’t want, is a blow-by-blow account of YOUR boring-ass life.

I actually joined Facebook last year, just to see what the fuss was all about. Well, it’s the same sh*t. Lots of inconsequential nonsense, “single-serve” emotions and vacuous, recreational grief. Between the smilies, LOLs, OMFGs and teenage spot explosions , I’ve come to realise that most people don’t really have anything to say.

I’m with Dvorak on this one. Enough already!

Is there any way of turning off the preview for twitpic. I really prefer it to open up in the browser, that way I can open up multiple pics quickly while scanning through the last 20 or so tweets and then view them over a period of time.
