Regular readers may have seen that we’ve liked the look of the World of Warcraft Mouse since we first heard about it and following that we then got the chance to test out this latest must-have hi-tech gadget for WoW players in our WoW Mouse review – go check out the review for yourself, but in short – here at Zath having played our fair share of WoW in the past and we really liked this mouse!
As with any popular new product, initial stocks can be quite limited making it tough to get hold off, however we’ve managed to secure one of these rather cool looking WoW mice to give away to one of our readers, courtesy of the gaming peripherals retailer, Game-1 here in the UK.

When I was given the opportunity to test two different World of Warcraft mouse pads, I’ll be honest with you and admit that I was a little sceptical as to why you would want one given most of us are using various ‘modern hi-tech’ optical mice (perhaps even the WoW Mouse) these days that are supposedly a great improvement on the old-fashioned ball mouse – which I used to associate with the requirement for mouse pads.
One of my main gripes with mouse pads was that historically most of them were usually quite small in terms of surface area and normally quite thick which meant you’d move the mouse and the whole mouse pad would end up moving around your desk as most had very little underside grip…however thankfully this is NOT the case with these modern World of Warcraft mouse pads or “gaming mouse surfaces” as the professionals might call them!

Up until the last couple of months, I’d been playing World of Warcraft (WoW) for around 18 months, so by that point, it is quite easy to get yourself very immersed into the the concepts, phrases and overall language of this massive online game.

I’ve recently read through the first official World of Warcraft comic book and as someone who hasn’t regularly read comic books for around 20 years, I thought I’d give you a review of what I thought in that context.
I’ve been playing World of Warcraft for around 18 months now and as good as the game is to play (as an MMO game), I’m someone who also likes to pay attention to some of the story elements that are going on in the game – yes I’m one of those who actually goes around trying to read what the quest givers are saying in the hope that they may tie together t form a good story.

I’ve been looking forward to getting the chance to play with the World of Warcraft mouse and review it since we first previewed it a few months ago and now here is our review of this custom gaming mouse.
Initially what struck me most of all about this World of Warcraft mouse was the box that it comes in being in the shape and action of a treasure chest – yes not only looks like a chest with the mouse shown in the centre of it, but it also opens up in a similar manner with the top being hinged and upon opening you see the mouse is shown in the middle of gold and jewels – very World of Warcraft-like!
Once I’d got into the box properly, I was rather surprised with what I found, although it did take a little bit of figuring out as I didn’t want to damage this novel packaging – good job that I wasn’t recording an unboxing video of it!

Anybody who is familiar with any kind of fantasy role-playing game such as World of Warcraft will instantly know about mana potions and recognise what I’m talking about here! So there’s a potential customer base just there of over 11 million people!

One of the great things about World of Warcraft is the fact that Blizzard are always developing this immensely popular game even further to make it a better gaming experience, however I’m not entirely sure about this one!
Clearly the news reporter in question has chosen to use Blizzard’s newly introduced ranged attack called the “shoe attack” 
World of Warcraft Keyboard Review

Steelseries have released two different World of Warcraft keyboard options for players of the world’s biggest massively multiplayer online (MMO) game to co-incide with the recent release of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion pack. One is a full Zboard package and one is just the WoW:WotLK keyset which is the option you’ll want if you’ve already got a Zboard keyboard.
I’m sure for most casual players that playing with their standard computer keyboard is more than adequate, certainly to begin with at least. However, I’ve found that as you get more into the game and start looking at other options such as setting up macros for the more repetitive tasks and re-assigning keyboard shortcuts to speed up your response time in play – especially important if you start PvPing like I did once I hit level 70.
