When I saw that you could get a free Virgin SIM card for your existing mobile phone, I thought I’d may as well get one and see what Virgin Mobile is like as a ‘Pay As You Go’ (PAYG) mobile phone network, especially since my current Orange contract expires this week!

When you receive your free Virgin SIM card you will then be able to take advantage of the following PAYG tariff:

• First 5 minutes of calls each day - 15p
• Each minute after that - 5p
• Text messages to other Virgin Mobiles - 3p
• Text messages to other Networks - 10p

Free Orange SIM Card

I’ve been looking at getting a free Orange SIM card recently because my current Orange contract finishes at the end of this month. I’m considering going back onto ‘pay as you go’ (PAYG) given my relatively low usage in terms of making calls and only send around 30 texts a month on average.

The tariff on this free Orange SIM card seems to be quite reasonable if your usage of your mobile phone is fairly low, based on the following tariff costs, I think I’d definitely be paying less per month than the line rental that I’m currently paying on my Orange contract.

Free Vodafone SIM Card

Why am mentioning a free pay as you go vodafone SIM card again? Well, I recently wrote about a couple of cheap, well make that free ways of getting some a free O2 SIM card for your mobile phone.

These kind of offers are especially good if you’re now at the end of your contract and just want to put a PAYG sim card in your mobile. LG Viewty KU990 Review

The LG Viewty KU990 is the latest “cameraphone” from LG which is the replacement model for the Prada. The LG Viewty is being badged as a cameraphone, that’s the first important point to realise - it’s not a mobile that claims to be a “jack of all trades”, instead it focuses in on being very good at what it does with both still and video camera features.

I’ve been using the LG Viewty KU990 for over a month now, but the first thing that you’ll notice about the LG Viewty is just how great this mobile phone actually looks and feels in your hand – it sits nicely in the hand, not being too big or heavy, on the back it looks like a traditional camera, while the front of it you’re presented with an outstanding 3” touchscreen with just 3 small and discrete actual buttons.

A free T-Mobile SIM card? Could I interest you in one of these? You can now get a free Pay As You Go (PAYG) SIM card from the T-Mobile website, this PAYG SIM card includes free weekend texts when you top up at least £10 on a Friday.

Sounds like a good deal to me, unfortunately the network coverage around me might not be that great, but I’m getting one to test it out before I put lots of top-up onto this free T-Mobile SIM card. However, if the T-Mobile network coverage is good in your area, then this offer is a great bargain!

Free Vodafone SIM Cards

Free Vodafone SIM cards - are they something that you’d be interested in? PAYG SIM cards are something I find are always useful to have around in case you want to give an old mobile phone to a friend or family member or use it as an emergency phone, for instance to keep in the car - for that you could do with getting free vodafone SIM cards.

Mobile phone network providers normally charge anywhere up to £10 for these PAYG SIM cards, however they do occasionally offer them at reduced cheaper prices or even free on certain special offers.
