10 Key Typing Test (Touch Typing)

It’s now quite a while since I first did a typing speed test, so when I stumbled upon this ‘10 key typing test’, I just had to have a go to see how good I was. Having done a lot of data entry work in the past and being a blogger now I know how much benefit being able to type quickly.

Speed Typing Test (Touch Typing)

Can you touch type? How fast can you type? Have you taken a free speed typing test before? What’s your words per minute (wpm) score?

I’ve tried on a couple of occasions over the years to learn how to properly touch type, but have not managed to successfully do it as yet.

Being someone who has always worked (and played) on computers, I’ve always thought it would be a great skill to have, both in a productivity and efficiency sense as well as being (to me at least) a cool ability to have – it always impresses me when people start touch speed typing in front of me.
