Zeroes - The Series!

Zeroes was something that I’d previously posted about as parody trailers of the brilliant TV show that is Heroes and you can check them out: Heroes or Zeroes? and Heroes or Zeroes? The search continues with open auditions!.
Given that there may only be 11 episodes in the second season of Heroes due to the writer’s strike, these new Zeroes mini episode-like parodies of the Heroes’ chapters are definitely worth checking out! Enjoy!

I’m sure you’ve all seen the usual emails that go round saying what you might remember if you grew up in the 70’s, 80’s or 90’s. However, this is the first time I’ve seen this kind of video put together that basically asks, ‘do you remember these things if you grew up in the 80’s or early 90’s?’.

Tetris is a true classic of a game that has lived through many generations of games platforms, it has a certain simple, but addictive gameplay.

Deadwood is another great TV show that got cut-short due to TV executives trying to cut costs due to the expense of other shows (Rome), thankfully they did get 3 brilliant seasons made before this happened. If you haven’t had the pleasure of seeing this show set in the ‘Old Wild West’ during the times of the gold rush in the 1870s, I whole-heartedly recommend it!
Deadwood is very gritty and dramatic, it’s also one you really need to pay attention to the video and audio of the show, because if you don’t:

Transformers the live action movie was released in 2007, as you can see from the trailers over at Dave’s Trailers, it looks a great movie and having seen it, I can confirm it’s certainly been worth waiting for!
There’s some great moments in the film and given the subject matter, ie. the Transformers, they’ve been written into human history quite well - I’ll just say the Hoover Dam!

Wow! The Simpsons is a show that I used to watch a lot of, however I kind of stopped watching new episodes of The Simpsons a few years back since I preferred the humour and subject matter in Futurama (which is back) - even after they cancelled it! - grumble, grumble!
However, I’ve just seen this clip from a recent Simpsons episode where they have done a parody of the World of Warcraft game which is pretty good - so if you’ve ever played any role playing games before, this should amuse you!

I’ve recently started playing a new game called Lord of the Rings Online which is an massively multiplayer online game similar to World of Warcraft, but it takes place in Tolkien’s Middle Earth setting.
While reading LotRO Insider over at Female Gamer, I saw some a couple of rather interesting videos for Stupid Hobbitsess which like the World of Warcraft videos I’ve posted in the past have been made using the Lord of the Rings Online game. However, in this case the videos would seem to have more of an ongoing narrative than the WoW ones.
