Supernatural Season 4 Trailer

Supernatural is back for its 4th season. I really like this show and think there have been some really good moments so far and hope that the show doesn’t go off in another direction and become a has been show.

In case you’ve been living in a cave and haven’t seen Supernatural yet, the story follows brothers Dean (Jensen Ackles, who you might recognise from early Smallville episodes) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) Winchester as they track down and kill evil spirits, ghosts, werewolves, Demons and all kinds things from Hell.

When I started watching Supernatural, I was surprised at how dark some of the episodes were for TV, as a lot of programmes tend to water things down. Each season has become darker and the storyline has come along nicely.

The end of Supernatural season 3 saw Dean being sent to Hell after his time had expired from the deal he made with the Demon at the crossroads. From what I’ve read so far, Dean is back in episode 1 after somehow escaping from Hell, and throughout the season you see how he managed it. I can only think that there’s going to be big surprise mid season when you find out what really happened to Dean, and a lot of choices will have to be made.

The Supernatural season 4 premiere is to be aired on the CW in the ‘US of A’ 18th September and is due to start over here in the UK in January 2009 on ITV2.
