Solar Bonsai Tree USB Charger (Concept)
How does a Solar Bonsai Tree USB charger work for you as a concept? Well at this stage that is all that it is, so you can’t buy one as yet and the fundamentals such as how much power it produces hasn’t been disclosed.
As somebody who keeps bonsai trees as a hobby, the potential to have an artificial solar bonsai tree sat on my desk charging my USB devices is an idea that really appeals to me!
As you can see from the picture, the tree would come in many different ‘branch’ pieces which would presumably allow for a certain amount of customisation and make your tree have it’s own style in comparison to those of your friends.
The 54 solar cells would then sit at the ends of the branches as its leaves, much like a real tree they would also be generating energy!
I’m guessing one reason why we’re hearing about this concept is to see if there would be a market for a product like this, obviously depending on price, I don’t know about you but I’d love to have the chance of putting together my very own solar bonsai tree USB charger!

I don’t have any idea how much this tree is…But thi idea is admirable. Not just innovative, but It’s also artistic and costless as it use solar energy.

This is absolutely beautiful.
Practical hardware doesnt have to be bland and boring. Imagine a larger scale version of this in your garden powering your house?

That is awesome! I think there could be a market for something like this if the cost wasn’t too much! A piece of art in your house that is environmentally friendly!!
