New Call of Duty 7 Teaser Trailer

They’re as regular as Christmas so it comes as no surprise that another Call of Duty title will be released before the end of this year. Treyarch who were the team behind Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty: World at War will release another title, which has now been confirmed as being titled Call of Duty: Black Ops. So much for the rumours of a completely different time period with talk of a potential Call of Duty: Vietnam – looks like they were purely just rumours after all!

As we mentioned a while back, rumours were circulating that the next Treyarch instalment will be set in Vietnam. Even though they’re different wars, would that be too similar to World at War? Perhaps that’s why they chose not to base their next game on that war?

Well it won’t be long before we get our first look at the next instalment of the massively popular Call of Duty franchise, but the question on everyone’s lips will be…is it as good or, dare I say it, better than Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2?
