Hi i had problems with my KU990i when i wanted to download photos. I did manage but only got some downloaded. So how can i get the rest on. I connected my usb to my computer then went to phone settings on my phone menu click on connectivity then Usb connection mode makeing sure it is on Mass storage. It u should be able to download ur photos. I hope this helps.

Have got lg viewty and think it is a brill phone but i cant get my pictures on to my computer ! I have lost my CD which came with the phone and now i cant install my software ! Would love some help or advise ! x

I was given a Viewty ku990, but do not have any software for it.
I would like to be able to download my photo’s to my PC, any ideas or help, please?

Not compatible with windows vista. Nightmare to dowload photos brcause of this.
Wouldnt buy if you value your photos and work with vista
