• The 3 for 2 offer works as follows : Every 3rd item is free, in descending price order. That means, unsurprisingly, that if you buy 3 products in this range, the cheapest one is free! And that if you buy 9 items, the ones you get free are the third, sixth and ninth most expensive, not the 3 cheapest. This means you get the best value from the offer.
• Returns work as follows: Any discount that has been applied to the order will be refunded on a pro-rata % based on the total cost of the qualifying items in the order before discount. Customer Services will confirm accordingly if you have to return an item.
