Good Luck Chuck Girl

Good Luck Chuck is one of those movies that you’re completely unaware of until it’s actually been released in the cinemas and you start hearing about it. It’s a comedy about a guy called Chuck who has a curse, when a girl goes out with him, the next guy the girl meets will be her true love – hence the “good luck” part of the title!

As you may have seen by now I’ve been running a video here on the site in the last week for Good Luck Chuck, it wasn’t until I saw this promotional video that I took a look at Good Luck Chuck and saw it had Jessica Alba in – which admittedly was the part that caught my eye and she certainly makes Sin City and the Fantastic Four movies more re-watchable for me, but anyway…moving on!..

Take a look at the promo video clip which shows Jessica Alba in her underwear (which is never a bad thing!) and see what you think of it, clearly it’s comedy along the lines of Wedding Crashers, it’s not going to win any awards but it looks a decent fun movie.

Does it look like your kind of film? Have you seen it yet? Is it worth a trip to the cinema?

I read the post not because of Jessica Alba. Ok, maybe I did heh. Sounds like an interesting movie though. The plot sounds good.

I’m not sure about out in the UK but this title has been marketed pretty heavily in the US, at least from what I’ve seen. I’m always a sucker for Jessica Alba but not the biggest Dane Cook fan.

IMDB is putting it at a dismal 5.3 so I doubt I’ll go in to check it out this time around – maybe on DVD in my depravity at home one night.

What is it about Jessica Alba eh guys?

Like I’ve explained in my recent Shrooms/horror movie post, I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t get to the cinema that much these days due to issues of time, but I’d definitely want to sit in front of the DVD showing at some point down the line.
