Ghostbusters 3 Movie
A Ghostbusters 3 movie? Yes that’s right folks! The Ghostbusters are set to make their long awaited come back, separate from the upcoming Ghostbusters video game.
The screenplay is to be written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky who are the co-producers of the American Office. If you’ve not heard of these guys before and are thinking, “Oh dear! They’re gonna ruin it”, there’s still hope. The pair have worked with Harold Ramis, one half of the Ghostbusters 1 and 2 script writers before (the other half being Dan Ackroyd of course).
Ramis directed ‘Year Zero’ which was penned by Eisenberg and Stupnitsky, so hopefully Ramis will help in some way with the script.
There are no definite deals in place yet, but the idea is to get the original cast back, including Bill Murray!! “And the flowers are still standing!”
There were talks in the past about making a Ghostbusters 3 movie with a younger generation. I was up for that, with maybe the originals handing over the reins…..then I thought about it. If that was to happen, then there would be no end to Hollywood cashing in on a revamped Ghostbusters and destroying the cult status it has so rightly earned.
In my opinion, keep the original cast and that’s it. No newbies to hand over to as I feel this would be a huge mistake.
Whether the third instalment of the ever popular films is to be as good as the first two remains to be seen, but let’s just hope we’re not disappointed and we get another classic to add to the collection in the form of the Ghostbusters 3 movie.

Here’s the info on IMDB for GB3 it is: http://www.Imdb.com/name/nm0000101/news#ni0561812 and the Info. is on there about GB3 and belive me you will be very happy about it because I’m very Happy to. It says that GB3 isn’t a rumor anymore it’s happening and the 4GB’s will be training a new team to help them out and that’s wonderful! It also says that filming will be starting in 2009 for a 2010 release but the movie might come in 2009 but if not then 2010 for sure because GB3 will be a live-action movie and I’m glad that GB3 won’t be a CGI movie and Bill Murray will return to and thats wonderful! I’m fairly confident that these guys can make a good job on the script, the US Office has been great since the start of the second season and it would be great to see all the original cast back, with or without new guys – however I’m not sure I’d want to see future films without the original cast in.

I think they should do like a revamp/reboot… it won’t have the same feel to it, but personally, i don’t think having the original cast running about trying to catch ghosts will feel the same after all these years…
as a lifelong fan, i would LOVE to see another movie, but they really don’t make movies like they used to….
They should get Pixar to do a nice animation or something….

Here’s the GB3 Imdb address:www.Imdb.com/title/tt1289401 and GB3 will now be here in 2012. I’m very Happy about this and I’m counting the days till GB3 gets here. The writers from the office are almost done with the GB3 script. On the GB3 Imdb messageboard Dan said that the GB3 script will be done by Summer and 2 months ago Dan also said that Production will began in the Winter of 2009! Things are looking up for GB3 and the Fans! I assume that the Writers kept GB3 as a Hellbent movie because on Youtube I’ve seen Awesome GB3 Trailers as a Hellbent movie so I assume that the Writers kept GB3 a Hellbent movie. It’s coming and it’s going to be Awesome! I Can’t wait till 2012!!

I’m also excited that Ghostbusters 3 will be a Live-action movie and not CGI. I just heard from Harold Ramis that when they make the Ghosts and scary things a lot of CGI will be used even though GB3 will be Live-action. That will be Awesome. Is this the new Logo to GB3? It’s ok but it’s the Logo to GB2 they added a third finger for GB3. Does anybody know what new GB3 logo will be used for GB3 please let me know thanks!!

i admire the actors for making another gb movie…these are slways very ambitious movies to make both creativily and technically…the first two movies are superb entertianment i like the way everything about the movies seems to work …new york is always a dynamic landscape for any movie…
the rumour is that gb3 will encorporate greek mythology as it theme and combined character development which has yet to be seen on the big srceen…there will also be a subplot involving a visit by dracula and the team of the undead to central park to visit a war memorial…
weaver will feature as a female ghostbuster towards the end of the movie…
the movie will be approx 2hours long
the opening scene will involve the ghostbusters removing some ghosts from a nursing home…
use of cgi involving weather dynamics to show freak weather ie storm and atmospheric music from puff daddy who will also cameo as himself in the movie…

to get the movie going sony and columbia have collaborated to offer bill murray a special advance on this picture…special software has been developed so certain details on the costumes can be added later…parts of new york will be developed to showcase a 18th century feel for the dracula scenes…

I think you made up the GB3 Plot. They have a different GB3 plot then what you made up. Ghostbusters 3 will be a Hellbent movie. I’ve seen Hellbent GB3 Trailers that Fans made for the third movie. Sigourney won’t be in Ghostbusters 3 after all which I’m very upset about but her Son Oscar will be a new Trainer for GB3. I don’t know why she changed her mind about the third movie she was Wonderful in the first two Films. It will be her fault for missing out. Either way I’m still going to see Ghostbusters 3 in 2012 because that’s what the GB3 Imdb says 2012 release for GB3. I’m not trying to be rude or anything but you made up the GB3 plot which is pretty stupid of you to do. That’s like me making up the plot. I don’t know what the plot is but I do know that Ghostbusters 3 will be a Hellbent movie.

Just like in the first two GB Movies the GB’s caught Ghosts not Dracula’s. For GB3 the Original GB’s with the new trainers who they train will be catching ghosts a lot of them so Dracula’s are for Horrar films and GB3 is a comedy just like the first two rated PG not R.

to improve the movie….to bring the movie into focus should the ghostbusters also inhibit special powers (like in an altered beast sega game)
should they be able to power up? to expand and move faster when they need to…
afterall in ghosterbusters 3 the ghosts may not always be visable from the living…
should additional special effects be applied to show these special abilities…
should the suits that the ghostbusters wear be made to make them look more fuller to give them more protection? a special feature on the rocket pack could be a power slide…
a sub plot in the movie is rumoured to involve venkmans visit to a voodoo shop in harlem to meet a mysterious woman…who performs a mysterious song and dance titled: ‘premonition’
when it appears he is asleep…special lighting effects may illuminate this special and memorable scene…

ghostbusters 3 is rumoured to have a special ending involving a visit by the president of the US and a wink to men in black…
David copperfield may make a cameo as an out of work magician in need of some prep from the ghostbusters to add some ‘haunting magic ‘ to his magic act’ involving some magic rings…

the notion of ghostbusters 3 came to light in the
1989 ghostbusters 2 special of the oprah winfrey
show where one member in the audience said
to the cast about doing a third outing for ghostbusters
but dan aykroyd was jokingly said it may or may not happen
as years of alledged rumours and speculation saying that
it is on one miniute and off the next in an constan merry go round
and now the 25th anniversarie bluray release of ghostbusters
and the game and now a potentional third movie maybe in the works
and have not revealed the next gen ghostbusters cast yet and may
be having the first female ghostbuster in an ghostbusters movie for the first time ever and both dan aykroyd and harold ramis will be exec producers for gb3
and it will be writtend by the team of the american award winning dramady

new ghostbusters is rumoured to take place in part within wall street… akey moment maybe reminisant of batman 1989 as a joker like character phantom throws money on new yorkers…
the highlight takes place underneath in a cavern where a phantom like character appears from nowhere chasing people around a basement area in a manical way…a pupper show will take place to try and distract the ghostbusters…caution adult content.
