Final Fantasy XIII Release Date Delayed
Fresh reports have emerged that the eagerly awaited Final Fantasy XIII has been put back and its release date delayed….until at least April 2010!
But if you live in Japan, then you will see FFXIII hit the shelves this year, it’s just us westerners who miss out and have to wait….yet again! No surprise there then!
I think that the delay could have something to do with translating the game, or it might not! Who knows! Apparently FFXIII hasn’t been pushed back because of the economic crisis that’s hit everyone, as Square Enix are reported to have said that they haven’t really been affected by it yet.
So, if you were looking forward to getting your hands on Final Fantasy XIII this March, well you’re just going to have to wait another 12+ months before you do. Unless you move to Japan.
Are you annoyed by this Final Fantasy XIII release date delay as much as me? Or couldn’t you care less? Are you over Final Fantasy games by now?

Well although this sucks beyond all belief, i’ll save every penny i have in this painful 12 months to buy a 70 inch super HD plazma to do they game justice.

I am sad old git over 50 who is just as gutted the game is taking so long. I was in the States last week and both Europe and US dont have confirmed release dates yet – just “most likely” May 2010.
