CleanMyMac Will Be Available For Half Price On Black Friday

I reviewed CleanMyMac for Mac OS X back in 2010, and found it to be one of the best utilities available for those using Apple’s desktop operating system.

The only problem for most people is the price: at £24.95 for a license, it’s one of the more expensive applications that you’re going to buy, especially now that the Mac App Store has arrived and driven down the price of software from a lot of developers.

If you’ve been holding out for CleanMyMac to come down in price since we reviewed it, then this Friday might be the time to go for it. Thanks to the American tradition that is Black Friday, the program will be 50% off, just for the day. That means that a lifetime license will put you back less than £12.50.

MacPaw isn’t the only company that will be reducing the cost of their software on Black Friday either. Amazon has already been selling a lot of items at a steep discount this week, and those discounts will carry on through to November 25th, so keep an eye out!
