Cheap Vodafone Roaming Summer Promotion
Vodafone recently announced that they are abolishing of roaming charges for its users this summer with their new Vodafone Passport roaming promotion which is valid in over 35 countries in Europe and also for those visiting Australia and New Zealand too.
This offer means that Vodafone customers who travel to these countries on holiday this summer will be able to benefit from reduced bills. I’m sure this will be most welcome as many people often come home from their holiday and find they have racked up unexpectedly large bills whilst out of the country.
This offer of abolished Vodafone roaming charges is obviously a great thing if you’re already on their network or thinking of switching to them already (you can get a free Vodafone sim card if you haven’t already got one), hopefully you’ll be able to make good use of this over the course of the next couple of months – this promotion ends on the 31st August 2009.
All you need to do is opt-in to Vodafone Passport promotion and you’ll then get calls, texts and picture messaging (although data usage is excluded) at their UK home rates whilst they are in the valid country that they are visiting.
For more information then be sure to visit the Vodafone Passport roaming webpage.
