Swiftcover Review
Would a Swiftcover review be of use? I’ve been meaning cover the issue of cheap car insurance online for a while now as I’ve spoken to people who dismiss the notion of using the Internet for obtaining car insurance quotes and entirely renewing their car insurance policy online.
I’ve been using online car insurance companies for the past 3.5 years to set up my annual car insurance renewal with Lloyds TSB, Elephant and now Swiftcover.

Once set up, your policy documents are then emailed to you and you’re also accessible by logging into the Swiftcover website - this means you won’t be running around being stressed like you would have been with an traditional offline company in the event of losing your only hard copy of the policy documents.
I can’t comment on how Swiftcover are to deal with regarding claims as I’ve thankfully not had cause to test this process out, however you are given a telephone number to call in that event and from what I’ve read, they seem to be as good as other insurance companies in this area.
In summary, I would definitely recommend using Swiftcover the next time your car insurance is due as in my experience they can be considerably cheaper - they were less than half the price of an equivalent quote with Elephant!

I wouldn’t recommend anybody the online car inssurance companies as from my moint of view they cannot be called secured and reliable
I am an insurance broker and have a bias. I feel the service is not nearly as good or personal as you get from a local broker - especially at time of claim.
I have gained a few new clients who were upset with the claims service of an online insurer. The biggest problem is difficulty in getting help and communication. An insurance broker can work as your advocate.
