‘Call of Duty: World at War’ DLC Map Pack 3 Details

The ‘Call of Duty: World at War’ Map Pack 2 has only just been released and now Treyarch have announced they are throwing another map pack out next month! As good as the maps are, I do think that they’re doing this to bleed money out of the fans!!

If this is going to be ready for August, why not release it in Map Pack 2?

The ‘Call of Duty: World at War‘ Map Pack 3 will include 3 new maps which are Battery, Revolution and Breach and of course, a map pack wouldn’t be complete without a Nazi Zombie map thrown in, which is called Der Riese.

Battery

Is an armoured island which is surrounded by anti-ship mine and shore to ship cannons which sounds like this could be very hectic.

Revolution

Will be full of sniper positions which I feel could be great fun if you find the perfect position, or for those who keep getting shot, very annoying.

Breach

Is set at Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate………yeah I’ve not heard of it either, but it’s meant to be a well know place from ‘dub-ya dub-ya 2’.

Der Riese

The Nazi Zombie map is in a Nazi research facility which will have the Pack-A-Punch machine which upgrades your weapons, and there’s also teleporters to jump to a different part of the map which could come in handy!!

Plus there’s also going to be more achievements/trophies available depending on which console you have.

There’s no price yet, but I would have thought it would be £7.99 as the other two map packs have been. Do you think this is good value?
