WHOOOAAAAAA! Mannnnnn. I wish I could be there to see it. I went to japan in 2007 and since then I vowed to go back. That’s sooooo awesome that the actual country of Japan honors a great anime like Gundam and actually went ahead and built a full sized Gunam. That’s also ridiculously impressive (SYD MEAD) that you got to redesign the Mobile Suit Gundam. If you guys ever need background music or somethin let me know. I’d be MORE than happy to help.

Absolutely spectacular! A remarkable tribute to a durable ANIME icon. I had the good fortune to completley redesign the MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM for SUNRISE/BANDAI and look forward to the day when my deign will be built at full size next to the original. My design action figures can be bought in stores all over Japan. I congratulate the corporate funding source for this monument to creative story telling, the narrative skills of TOMINO-san, and the many animators and beautiful guys who make up the design teams of SUNRISE and BANDAI.
